A Creative Writing Workshop by Mrs. Chitra Phadnis at DHRITI CENTER for ABA

CHITRA PHADNIS: Her introduction:

“I have worked with words all my professional life, as a journalist for 12 years, as an English teacher for five and now as a free lance Communications Trainer. I believe that learning never ends and we learn best when we love what we are doing.”

“My four-day program ‘Words Are Fun’ is aimed at igniting a love for words among children. The activities and games will teach them to look at reading and writing as a fun activity which will help them hone their skills in the long term.”

The sessions will be held in MAY from 23rd to 28th, from 11am-12.30 pm.

The fee for the workshop, which will cover 6 days (9 hours), is Rs 3500/-

This workshop is for children with an intermediate level in language with writing skills. Children in the age group of 6yrs -12 years from mainstream schools are also welcome !

PLAY AND SOCIAL INTERACTION SKILLS FOR CHILDREN IN THE AGE GROUP 3 YEARS - 8 YEARS. From November 2016 !!

A Level1 Group Program to build play skills and introduce young children to social interaction skills with peers.

Does your child have associative and Cooperative Play skills with peers ? Does he/she approach and maintain interaction with other children in a one is to one setting or in a group ? Does he/she demonstrate variability in play ?

A 6 hrs a week programme for 6 months to teach these skills at Dhriti Center from November 2016.
