Center based services
- A four hour intensive program from 9am-1pm 5 days a week- this program primarily consists of teaching Verbal Behavior, pre academic and academic skills, play and leisure skills and self help skills. The Intensive Behavioral intervention consists of both group instruction and individual one on one intervention. The treatment approach focuses on minimizing challenging behaviors and maximizing skill acquisition. Once new behaviors are mastered, we focus on generalization with the goal of transitioning each child into the mainstream educational system
- A three hour intensive program from 2.30pm-5.30pm 5 days a week, which covers a verbal behavior program, pre academic and academic skills and leisure and play skills.
- Academic support for children in mainstream schools to help them practice and comprehend academic content from their mainstream school curriculum.
- Parent and child group program 4 Saturdays in a month for 2 hrs to build group social and functional skills in the child and build a parent support group.
- A School Readiness Program which builds appropriate social and classroom behavior skills in young children
- Social Skills Club for older children 4 Saturdays in a month for 2 hrs to work on peer to peer interaction skills and work on social communication.
- Occupational Therapy: in collaboration with an experienced Occupational Therapist.
